My point is. Kojima didn't put that scene in for no reason or just to be funny. It had an important role in Kojima method of storytelling for Johnny's part....

And what's wrong with a change? You bring up Scary Movie. Well I give you the Batman movies. The first 2 with Michael Keaton were okay, the next 2 with Val Kilmer and George Clooney sucked ass. And the most recent ones with Christian Bale absolutely rocked. The movie franchise went from being silly to more serious. So it's possible if they did stop the silly humor of MGS4 that this game could be better than MGS4.

Never liked the humor. I always thought the MGS4 had a lot of childish and juvenile humor. I remember watching some video of a soldier in MGS4 taking a dump in a barrel. Yeah that would be funny if I was 8.
Like I said, since this is a new team, I'm hoping for a different approach to the MGS franchise.
A lot of true gamers here are saying "Why the hell not?" Well sadly since this game is also coming to the 360 a lot of the sony fanboys are going with their typical "game is going to suck." If this game was exclusive to the ps3 than it would be "OMFGZZZZZ TEH GAME OF THE YEER FOLKS" So sad. :(
I just hope this game goes in a totally different path than the MGS series. I will definitely give this game a try as long as it doesn't bring in all the silliness of MGS4. I don't want to be hiding in boxes, healing myself by looking at dirty magazines, or stupid question marks on top of my head. Just concentrate on the gameplay first with a good story without the ridiculously long cut scenes and I'm good.

Numbers don't lie and the averages prove that the 360 has the better gaming quality. Sure the 360 came out an year earlier but that still doesn't change the fact that the 360 has a bigger better gaming library. Not saying that the ps3's library is weak. They have great games also but you can't lie with facts.
